“闪光少年”国际绘画邀请展，鼓励青少年们通过艺术创作表达创意与热情。
初选报名免费，面向5-18岁青少年，按照年龄段划分为七个组别：
5-6岁、7-8岁、9-10岁、11-12岁、13-14岁、15-16岁、17-18岁。
The Sparkling Youth Art Competition encourages young artists to express their creativity and passion through artistic creation. The competition is free to enter in the preliminary round and is open to youth aged 5-18, divided into seven age groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, and 17-18.
投稿指南 | Submission Guidelines

主题：“闪光少年” —— 传播正能量，积极向上，不涉及任何政治立场。

Theme: “Sparkling Youth” — Promote positive energy, optimism, and creativity without any political stance.

作品尺寸：不小于11x9英寸，一人限投稿一副作品。

Artwork Size: No smaller than 11x9 inches, one submission per participant.

创作主题不限，内容需积极向上，不涉及政治立场或商业IP版权。

No restriction on the theme. The artwork must convey positive messages, without any political stance or commercial IP copyrights.

个人及机构团体, 均需通过邮箱投稿(ssac2025submission@gmail.com)，所有作品需提交高清电子图片。

Both individual and institutional group participants must submit their works via email (ssac2025submission@gmail.com), providing high-resolution digital images.

报名者可通过邮件获取官方报名表，提交作品时需同时提交报名表。

Participants can obtain the official registration form via email and must submit it alongside their artwork.

如以学校或机构为单位集体报名，需由负责老师统一填写报名表。

For collective submissions by schools or institutions, the responsible teacher must complete the registration form on behalf of all participants.
具体流程及费用Competition Process & Fees
1.第一轮：初步入围（免费）
Round 1: Preliminary Selection (Free)

Submission Period: March 6 – April 30

5月1日公布初选入围名单。
May 1st: Announcement of preliminary selection results.

入围选手将通过邮件收到通知，缴费$65后进入第二轮评选。
Selected participants will receive email notifications and proceed to the second round after paying $65.
2. 第二轮：奖项评选（$65） Round 2: Awards Selection ($65)

May 1st - May 5th: Judging panel evaluates artworks and determines awards.
5/6公布评选获奖结果
May 6th: Announcement of award-winning results.

奖项：
金，铂金，特金，银奖，铜奖，创意奖
Awards include Gold, Platinum, Grand Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Creativity Awards.
获奖的选手将有资格晋级至第三轮画展。
Winners will advance to the third round exhibition.
复赛获奖选手均将获得：浙江卫视官方证书和纪念奖牌。
All selected participants will receive medals and certificates.
03 画展及颁奖典礼（$580)
Round 3: Exhibition & Award Ceremony ($580)

可赢取奖金：5名各获得$100,10名各获得$50。
Win cash prizes: 5 winners will receive $100 each, and 10 winners will receive $50 each.
- 受邀参加6月8日颁奖仪式并展示作品，获得大展邀请函，参展证书和奖杯等。
Invitation to the Award Ceremony on June 8 with artwork exhibition.

作品收录于2025年《闪光少年·国际艺术集》。Artwork will be included in the 2025 Shining Stars International Art Collection.

可获得在美国媒体上的曝光机会。
Winners will receive media exposure in the U.S.
04 国际宣传资源（$1280）
Round 4: International Publicity Package ($1280)

作品将在浙江电视台《闪光的少年》录制现场展出，小画家个人照海报同时制作在现场。
Artwork will be displayed at the Shining Stars TV Show recording site on Zhejiang TV.

小画家专访，浙江电视台专业团队量身定制单人独家视频一条（孩子无需回国）。视频将在浙江广电集团新媒体平台播出，带浙江台Logo。
Exclusive interview videos produced by Zhejiang TV's professional team (no need to travel).

视频将在浙江广电集团新媒体平台播出，并收录于2025年《闪光少年国际艺术集》中，包含个人专页、个人照片和作品展示。The video will be broadcast on Zhejiang Media Group's new media platform and included in the 2025 Shining Stars International Art Collection, featuring a personal page with the young artist’s photo and artwork.
05 特别研学之旅（$2580）
Round 4: International Package ($2580)
录制行程（1天，浙江广电大楼演播厅)
孩子本人可亲自参加浙江电视台《闪光的少年》节目录制，介绍自己的画作，包括创作思路和过程。
Children can participate in the Zhejiang TV recording session (1 day) in person, introducing their artwork, including the creative concept and process.
+ 研学行程（共5天4晚，包含杭州+上海），费用包括：吃、住、车、大师班体验课及景点门票。
+Study Tour (5 days, 4 nights, including Hangzhou and Shanghai), covering meals, accommodation, transportation, masterclass sessions, and attraction tickets.
请注意：价格不包含从美国回中国的机票等费用！
Please note: Price does not include airfare from the U.S. to China!
如果家长不放心，可陪同，费用$1000/位家长美金。
If parents prefer to accompany their child, an additional $1000 fee for each accompanying parent.

所有信息及入围名单将通过邮件公布。
All competition updates and selection results will be announced via email.
家长需确保按时提交作品并完成缴费流程。
Parents must ensure timely submission and payment processes.
官方摄影团队将记录颁奖活动全程，照片及视频将开放下载。
The official photography team will document the entire award ceremony, and photos and videos will be available for download.
鼓励选手独立完成作品，特殊材料或道具需自备。
Participants are encouraged to create their works independently. Special materials or props should be prepared by the participants.
